I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Oak Hill, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Deltona, Orlando, Deland, Debary, Orange City, Lake Mary, Longwood, Sanford, and Altamonte Springs. Personal
I am originally from Pennsylvania and spent my youth keeping up the family farm and playing as many organized sports as I could fit in between. My wife (and professional assistant) Karen Marie is originally from Denmark and speaks several languages, which has proved to be invaluable when dealing with foreign investors and clients. Our son Christian was born in January of 2005 and is the light of our lives!!! We live in the Four Towns area of Volusia County. My proximity to Interstate 4 and I-95 allows me an effective coverage area of three counties, Volusia, Seminole and Orange. In other words, Daytona to Orlando! I have been CEO and or President of four corporations including an adventure vacation company for handicapped individuals. My hobbies include scuba diving, motorcycling, boating and raising our other child Ghost, a pure bred Weimaraner. I have vast experience working with the public and I have brokered thousands of domestic and international transactions. With over 20 years of sales experience I can represent you professionally in any real estate related capacity. |
